U.S. Cyber Command (CyberCom)

Created in June 2009, CyberCom is responsible for planning, coordinating, integrating, synchronizing, and directing activities to operate and defend the DoD’s information networks. CyberCom is the center of DoD’s cyberspace operations and it works closely with interagency and international partners to execute cyber missions. CyberCom is a subunified command under U.S. Strategic Command (StratCom).
