1. A warning after initiation of a threatening or hostile act based on an evaluation of information from all available sources. 2. In satellite and missile surveillance, a
notification to operational command centers that a specific threat event is occurring.
The component elements that describe threat events are: country of origin, event type and size, country under attack, and event time.
