Swing Line Sublimit

Swing Line Sublimit” means, as of any date of determination, the lesser of (i) $25,000,000, and (ii) the aggregate unused amount of Revolving Commitments then in effect.

Swing Line Sublimit
"Swing Line Sublimit" means, at any time, an amount equal to 10.0% of the Revolving Facility Commitments. The Swing Line Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Facility.
