DEFINITION
Licensee with an Impairment

"Licensee with an impairment" means an individual licensed under this chapter who is unable to practice the profession for which the individualis licensed with reasonable skill and safety by reason of mental illness; physical illness, including, but not limited to, physical deterioration that adversely affects cognition, motor or perceptive skill; or habitual or excessive use or abuse of drugs, alcohol or other substances that impair ability.
