DEFINITION
Global Environment

The ISTC Global Environment is responsible for the creation, propagation, and
maintenance of test scenario common knowledge, how subsets of this information will be determined, and how common knowledge will be disseminated to the various element representations (nodes). The Global Environment performs functions which are common to the scenario such as timing, health, status, state vectors of objects, and effects models.
