Foreign Military Sales

That portion of U.S. security assistance authorized by the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, and the Arms Export Control Act, as amended. The recipientbprovides reimbursement for defense articles and services transferred from the U.S. Includes case sales from stocks (inventories, services, training) by the DoD defense services.
