COMMUNITY.—The term ‘‘community’’ means—

(A) a county or a cable community, as determined under the rules, regulations, and authorizations of the Commission applicable to determining with respect to a cable system whether signals are significantly viewed; or

(B) a satellite community, as determined under such rules, regulations, and authorizations (or revisions thereof) as the Commission may prescribe in implementing the requirements of this section.

“Community” means the groups within the geographic area served by a CCO and includes groups that identify themselves by age, ethnicity, race, economic status, or other defining characteristic that may impact delivery of health care services to the group, as well as the governing body of each county located wholly or partially within the coordinated care organization’s service area.
