Back Azimuth

The azimuth of a geodetic line at the end opposite the reference end. It differs from the forward azimuth (at the reference end) by 180° plus the amount of the convergence of meridians between the two points.

Back Azimuth

Angle or bearing 180 degrees opposite of azimuth.
