Average Electric Generating Capacity

"Average electric generating capacity" means the peak generating capacity of the facility divided by one of the following factors:

(a) For wind or solar energy facilities, title="Bad link">3.00 [bad link];

(b) For geothermal energy facilities, title="Bad link">1.11 [bad link]; or

(c) For all other energy facilities, title="Bad link">1.00 [bad link].
